RETURNS/EXCHANGES

ONLINE RETURN POLICY

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may request a Return Authorization No. (RA#) and Return Form within 10 days of your purchase for an online merchandise credit or refund. Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of purchase.  Buyer is responsible for cost of shipping using a reliable carrier with tracking info. We cannot be held responsible for items not received. Please email hello@annagraceshop.com for RA# and Return Form.

Please be sure to include original receipt and the the completed Return Form with your return or exchange.

If you wish to make an exchange, we suggest that you place new order for the item you want (in exchange) immediately in order to help ensure your desired item is in stock. We will then credit you once the original item is returned.

All returned merchandise must be in brand new original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

Upon inspection of returned items, you will receive your refund/credit within 3-5 business days. We have the right to deny any items that do not meet our return standards.

Any returns that do not meet the above criteria will not be credited. In such cases, buyers will be responsible for the cost of shipping back to them. 

FINAL SALE items include sale merchandise, apothecary items, intimates, candles, and paper goods, including books.

In order for merchandise to be qualified for a REFUND, item(s) must be mailed back as described above. If returns are brought back to the brick and mortar location, our IN-STORE RETURN POLICY for EXCHANGE/STORE CREDIT ONLY applies.
